Team Health Training is a new training centre based in Windsor, conveniently located for many locations in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. We provide massage training for those who are new to massage.
Massage Training for Beginners
Our massage training courses for beginners are run in a fun and informal manner. They are very practical and will show you the basic massage strokes used in Sports Massage. This will give you the skills to provide your partner, friends or family with a great massage. We offer 2 levels of training - for those who want to take the basics a little further our Stage 2 workshop will provide you with additional skills and introduce some basic stretching routines.For those of you who are considering a career in Sports and Remedial Massage our courses for beginners offer a comprehensive introduction that will enable you to go on to further training, such as the Diploma Course at the London School of Sports Massage.

Our training centre, based in Windsor, provides massage courses for beginners. It is easily accessable from Slough, Bracknell and many locations in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey.
